I'm Lesley — a creator, tech founder, and speaker who spent more than 15 years in leadership, coaching, strategy, and organizational development before stepping into this next chapter full time.

My path took me from collegiate athletics to a Vice President seat in Wealth Management, and eventually to building my own company and creative platform. That blend of boardroom, court, and camera shapes everything I make.

Today I create authentic content around sports, lifestyle, entrepreneurship, wellness, leadership, faith, and everyday life. I care deeply about storytelling that feels real, brands that stand for something, and building partnerships that actually move both audiences and outcomes.

Off camera, you'll find me coaching basketball, on a trail somewhere with a heavy pack, or hanging with my Pomchi, Jax.
